6. What is the data-sharing process with Aurnex?

At Aurnex, our data-sharing process is structured as follows:

  1. Secure Login: Access to your system is facilitated through secure login via remote desktop connection.
  2. File Access: We directly access your files on your system, eliminating the need for transferring them to our servers.
  3. Task Completion: Tasks are diligently executed, and upon completion, we notify you for review.
  4. Review and Feedback: After receiving your feedback, necessary changes are implemented, and the final version of the task is shared.
  5. Delivery of Final Report: We furnish a comprehensive final report detailing the completed task.
7. What Engagement Models do you offer?

At Aurnex, we provide services on a full-time equivalent basis or a half-time equivalent and hourly basis. We also customise houry packages as per the requirement of our clients.

Our team comprises fully qualified bookkeepers, accountants, and payroll professionals who deliver these services efficiently.

8. What are your turnaround times?

Our goal is to finalize monthly bookkeeping, year-end accounts, and self-assessment tax return work within five days on average of receiving all necessary information. For less complex accounts, turnaround times can be even shorter.

9. How often will I receive updates on the progress of accounting tasks?

The frequency of updates on the progress of accounting tasks can be determined during the initial discussion. It can be daily, weekly, or as per your specific preference. Regular communication helps ensure transparency and keeps you informed about the status of your accounting functions.

10. What happens if an employee goes on a vacation or long unplanned leaves?

We always have SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) in our record for all the tasks performed by team members. If any of our team members want to take long-planned leaves, we assign temporary resources for the clients who will be assisted with cross-training before leaving for the vacation.

Likewise, if any unplanned leaves are taken, we allocate temporary replacement for the clients who will refer to SOP to perform the tasks. Thus, our team always has a buffer resource to deal with those cases at each level.

11. What if I am not satisfied with any aspect of your services?

Your dedicated account manager is readily available to address any concerns you may have regarding our services. Should the need arise, we will collaboratively determine corrective measures to realign our service to your expectations. Additionally, you have the option to escalate any issues to our senior management team for further attention, if you prefer. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and resolving any challenges promptly and effectively.

12. Do we prepare working papers?

All tasks are backed by detailed working papers. We offer our own spreadsheet-based system or can adapt to any system your Practice utilizes

13. Do you offer a free trial of your services?

Certainly, all customers have the opportunity to experience our service with a complimentary trial, including up to 10 hours of accountant or tax professional time, without any obligations.

14. What is the billing cycle?

Aurnex Ltd shall raise the advance invoice on the first day of every month so as to enable the Buyer to make timely payment of the same subject to necessary deduction, if any. The Buyer shall make the payment against the invoice raised by Aurnex Ltd before the due date mentioned on the invoice.

15. How do I get started?
