FOUNDER & CEO

Bhargey Patel

A Qualified General Accountant (CGA – Level 4) from Canada, Bhargey has 15+ years of accounting experience in the outsourcing industry. He possesses rich experience in intercompany accounts, taxation, managing books of accounts for small and medium-sized companies, LLPs, and consolidation of group companies, and has worked for clients belonging to diverse geographies, namely – U.A.E., U.S., U.K., India, and Australia. Well-versed with the work culture, ethics, and stipulations of these geographies, he always tries to augment the system to meet client requirements. He manages the outsourcing operations for various accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation procedures, he also oversees the Business Development & Marketing function.

Ankit Nahta

A Chartered Accountant (C.A.) by qualification, Ankit possesses a rich mix of accounting and client management skills. With over 10 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation, he manages the outsourcing operations of various accounting and bookkeeping procedures. Ankit has worked for clients from all over the globe, including – India, Australia, Dubai, New Zealand, USA, Canada, and the UK. Having worked on many projects for accounting, auditing,
review, and reconciliation of various global clients, he is wellversed with global accounting standards, styles, and work nuances. He possesses in-depth knowledge of various accounting software like Tally, ZohoBooks, QuickBooks, Xero, etc., and a knack for solving client problems efficiently. Owing to his dedication, effective communication skills, and thorough accounting knowledge, Ankit is a client’s favorite!

Rohan Nahata is a seasoned tech professional with a stellar academic background, holding an MBA in IT and certification as a Cybersecurity Expert. With over 13 years of industry experience, he has cultivated expertise in Zoho Suite and Business Process Automation. Rohan is instrumental in driving the technological agenda of the company, leveraging his strategic vision to propel digital transformation forward. Outside of work, Rohan’s interests lie in continuously learning about emerging technologies and finding inspiration in music, making him a well-rounded individual dedicated to both professional excellence and personal growth.
